The breakfast offered a wide variety and was quite fresh. The room was a good size with a helpful refrigerator. I appreciated the air conditioning because it was HOT. The beds were GOOD and the power shower was NICE.

I noticed A slight delay with the slow elevator.

The hotel has an elevator, this made moving luggage easy. There are also tea corner and bath accessories AVAILABLE. Thick curtains help to block light and provide privacy. They are important to have.

The front office team was very friendly and helpful. I could store luggage before and after my official stay as a service. The breakfast service was excellent AND very attentive to guests needs.

the location was good for accessing attractions. it was close to everything.

The room was not great. A male staff member entered my room late at night. he did not explain his presence well. the hotel didn't investigate it seriously so i felt unsafe.

The location was quite convenient for exploring. It was close to many attractions. Breakfast was provided with a nice variety of options. I found something I liked. I enjoyed the thick curtains in the room, which helped block out the light. There were also chairs and tables in the room, useful.

The room smelled unpleasant. The bathroom odor was particularly strong. I noticed the hotel used a strong detergent to try to mask it, but it made the smell worse. The bed was small with a small blanket. The front desk staff seemed unprofessional. Check-in and check-out processes took a very long time

The air conditioning was a complete joke. apparently, they hadn't deemed it necessary to switch it on yet. their great solution involved telling me to open the window. great idea, except the street below sounds like a formula one race track all night. breakfast seemed like a punishment not a perk. Nothing screams '4 stars' like boiled sadness.
